Hey there, I'm Julia Drake, the ultimate jack-of-all-trades, except I'm a Jill! Call me a retired teacher, wedding planner, or even a pottery enthusiast, I'll do it all as long as it keeps my crafty soul happy.

After 26 years of wrangling mischievous students, I decided to exchange the chalkboard for the wedding aisle. Yep, you heard that right, I'm not just bringing people together in the classroom, now I'm bringing them together as they say "I do!"

But that wasn't enough for my eclectic self. I recently opened an art and pottery studio because hey, who needs therapy when you can just play with clay? Nothing screams therapy like getting your hands dirty and molding beautiful masterpieces, am I right?

I firmly believe that art is the cure to life's woes and a much cheaper one at that. Just imagine, instead of spending hundreds of dollars on therapy sessions, you could be throwing paint on a canvas or shaping your frustrations into a fabulous pottery creation.
